It's late but you're still working. Something isn't right, yet there's no one you can call. You've come to the best place for basic answers to situations we've seen before.
Q. I logged in and all I see are slashes on the screen.
A. Every single one of our software products is case sensitive. Even though the work you perform using our software requires uppercase letters, remember that the login step requires you type in lowercase only.
Q. Somehow I was disconnected while logged into the system. Now I can't log in again.
A. You'll need to contact your company controller, who has the ability to log you in or out.
Q. My printer alarm is flashing.
A. That is most likely a paper blockage. Check for loose sheets stuck in your printer.
Q. I pushed print. The computer said it was printing, but nothing came out.
A. Maybe you accidentally printed to the wrong printer. You'd be surprised how often that happens. Frequently, we discover there's also a communication problem between branch locations. Check with others on your network to determine if they're seeing interrupted printer output, as well.
